- If the reservation time and arrival time is less than 2 hours, please contact the Hotline of the specific branch or the Customer Service Hotline at 089.8855.667 for the quickest service based on available seating.
- Khap Khap reserves the table for up to 20 minutes; please arrive on time, and no earlier than 40 minutes in advance.
- If you wish to change the reservation time earlier or later, please notify the restaurant at least 60 minutes in advance for better arrangements.
- Within 20 minutes of receiving your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm based on available seating. If we do not respond promptly, please call the branch's Hotline for quick processing.
- For bookings of 10 or more guests: Please also contact the Customer Service Hotline at 089.8855.667 for confirmation after making the reservation.
- A successful reservation is confirmed when you receive an email or a callback from the restaurant's hotline.
- In case the reservation is not successful and you still arrive at the restaurant, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we arrange seating for you based on available spots."
