I./ Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage Policy

Khap Khap provides delivery service from its Quận 3 (District 3) branch. Whether your address is eligible for delivery depends on the specific location and distance from our branch.
For quality reasons, we do not recommend placing a delivery order if the delivery distance exceeds 15 kilometers, as it may affect the freshness and taste of the food.

2. Delivery Fee Policy

Our current delivery fees are calculated based on distance (as measured by Google Maps):
Within 2 km: 15,000 VND/order
Over 2 km – up to 5 km: 30,000 VND/order
Over 5 km – up to 10 km: 50,000 VND/order
Over 10 km – up to 15 km: 70,000 VND/order
Over 15 km: Please contact our Delivery Hotline for a custom delivery fee quotation.

3. Delivery Time Policy

a. Delivery Timeframe:
Depending on certain conditions at the time of your order—such as number of dishes ordered, peak meal hours, or traffic congestion—Khap Khap will make every effort to prepare and hand over your order to the delivery team as quickly as possible.Typical preparation time ranges from 15 to 30 minutes. Any changes in delivery timing (early or delayed) will be clearly communicated and confirmed with the customer in advance.

b. Delivery Hours
Delivery service is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

c. Please complete payment with the delivery staff before checking your order for any errors or issues. We kindly ask you to retain your delivery receipt for verification purposes.
If you paid using a cashless method, you do not need to pay the delivery staff again.
Note: Your order will be automatically cancelled if our delivery staff cannot reach you at the time of delivery (after a maximum of 3 call attempts, spaced 5 minutes apart each)."

II./ Refund Policy

1. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information when making a transaction on the Khap Khap - Thai Bistro website. In case customers provide incorrect information necessary to complete the order, we reserve the right to refuse the transaction.

2. For delivery orders:

- Immediate Delivery: Call the store or the hotline at 089.8855.667 to cancel the order immediately.
- Scheduled Delivery: Call the selected store or the hotline at 089.8855.667 to cancel the order at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.

3. For pickup orders:

- Immediate Pickup: Call the selected store or the hotline at 089.8855.667 to cancel the order immediately.
- Scheduled Pickup: Call the selected store or the hotline at 089.8855.667 to cancel the order at least 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Refund Policy:

Khap Khap will process refunds for customers immediately after the error/transaction cancellation procedure is completed within 03 working days. The specific refund time for each case depends on the payment method the customer used, as follows:
- Domestic ATM: 07-10 working days
- Visa, Master, JCB: 07-10 working days
- Momo Wallet: 07-10 working days
- Cash: 01 working day
Note: For Visa, Master, JCB, and ATM cards, the refund time will depend on the policy of the individual bank. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays."

III./ E-voucher Term & Condition

- Vouchers have an expiration date according to the specific regulations of each type of voucher from the date of issuance.
- Vouchers can be applied when dining at the restaurant or for takeout orders on the website, depending on the type of voucher issued at the time.
- Each voucher can only be used once per invoice, along with any specific conditions that apply.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and unused balances will not be refunded.
- Expired vouchers or those marked as ""used"" will not be accepted for payment.
- If the order value exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer must pay the remaining balance."
